Daniel Bryan & Jessica Turner, DBJT, are a rock/southern rock/country songwriting duet. Creating a mixture of sultry blues to hard hitting, soul shattering vocals reminiscent of Chris Stapleton and Layne Staley to Melissa Etheridge and Alanis Morissette.

Jessica and Daniel met in Indianapolis, Indiana in 2010. Their instant deep connection led them to love, family, and music. After brief stints with experimental bands in Indy, the couple moved to Nashville, Tennessee in 2012. Since the move, they built an in home recording studio, started a business, and had two children. The couple’s musical aspirations were put on hold when Jessica was diagnosed with cancer but after she healed, the experience fueled on their aspirations. No matter how rocky the road to their dreams has been, DBJT continues to hone their craft while looking for opportunities to follow their musical destiny.

Hardships behind them, Jessica and Daniel pour their renewed vigor and drive into their music to show what their hard work and patience has earned them. Dedication and hard-won life lessons shine through in the duo’s lyrics and tunes. Instead of trying to conform to one specific genre, they've decided to create music based on the moment’s creative impulse. The eclectic mix has left DBJT’s fans anxiously anticipating the next song to drop.
